Childhood & Education

I was born and raised in the mid-Hudson Valley region of New York. This region comprises of Dutchess, Putnam, Ulster & Orange counties. The area has a rich history from Native Americans, including the Mohawk & Algonquin tribes. There is a heavy influence from Dutch and British colonization. It served an important role during the Revolutionary War and it has many ties to the Industrial Revolution as well as modern history. A major economic influence in the region post World War 2 was IBM.

After completing primary and secondary schooling in that area I attended Binghamton University (BU) from 2000-2004 at Binghamton, NY in what is referred to as the Southern Tier region. At BU I studied computer science at the Thomas J. Watson College of Engineering and Applied Science named after former IBM Chairman and CEO Thomas J. Watson.

The degree program has been accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET.org) since 1989.

During the summer breaks of my college years I worked at IBM East Fiskill on various stages of microchip manufacturing.

Post-Graduation

After completing my computer science degree, I moved to the Atlanta metro region in October of 2004 to begin my professional career.

I worked for three companies based in the Atlanta area; Digital Envoy, Navicure, and Market Force Information. I have worked as a consultant for several others.

Most recently I started working for Assembly Software. Their flagship product is a SaaS platform for lawfirm practice management called "Neos".
