Vocabulary Information: The recipes contain a few French cooking terms -
Mise en place (MEEZ ahn plahs) - Means to have all your ingredients measured, cut, peeled, sliced, grated, etc. before you start cooking. Pans are prepared. Tools and equipment set out. It is a process chefs use to assemble meals so quickly and effortlessly.
La Cuisson - Section that describes how something is cooked or baked. It's the preparation steps to complete the dish.
Apple Crisp

Eclair Cake
